If you are thinking to yourself, "That's it Deb, a morning routine?", I am here to tell you that it was. Prior to 2017 I was an insomniac night owl! Everyday I was on the rinse and repeat cycle of feeling stressed, unhappy, exhausted and angry. But one day I decided that enough was enough! I had heard about the power of morning routines, but the thought of getting up early made me nauseous and annoyed. I was already tired from sleepless nights! So I made a deal with myself. I was going to create a morning routine that could be messy until it worked. That meant that I could be grouchy from waking up early and I could switch up the activities I chose in my morning routine at any point.

You know what?

Getting up early became a habit I have been practicing for the last 3 years and I am NEVER going back!!!
